PLANETARIUM Ai Otsuka
The moonlit evening begins to show,
The sounds of children have disappeared,
In a far away place, you are somewhere in these skies I wonder?
The two of us snuck away at the end of summer,
It was at this park where we found that constellation,
Somehow I still remember.
Even though I am not able to see you,
I am still able to look forth at the memories,
How I wish we could share the same happiness together,
With a "boom!"
The scent of such happiness coupled with the fireworks were released.
I really want to go to where you are,
I wish I could immediately run to where you are,
It's so dark I can’t see a thing,
Even though I am scared,
It's fine,
Countless starry nights will always be here right?
I won't cry because the skies will always be as beautiful as the time I saw them with you.
At the end of that road,
There is a sound of shoes that is left in my ears,
I think to myself,
"Someone's watching over my large shadow right?"
Even though I don't think much has changed
A painful feeling swells up within me,
No matter what I think, you’re no longer here.
I really want to be by your side,
No matter how little,
You're still the one I love the most,
I still need to be stronger,
Though I had chanted on a shooting star for a wish,
I won't cry for it should reach that beautiful sky.
