Finally cleaned up my room this morning and everything looks neat and feels clean. Hahaha. Just in time for CNY as well :) Relatives are coming over tomorrow evening for a visit... and I really wonder why our house of all places. New bedsheets, new pillowcases and a much emptier table! No more cluttered table. Hee :D
Went out with my sister to shop (or rather to escape cleaning the rest of the house) for her jeans and for my tops. Headed to Pull and Bear to get her stuff, and I waited for about an hour or so while she tried like EVERY single type of jeans in the shop -_- Finally she got one that made her butt look small, and then Lucas and my sister's guy friends came over to look for us. Walked everywhere to find something nice for Lucas' mom and he finally got a pretty green top from Topshop and accessories from Aldo (Aldo I think. I can't remember, it's some shop in Raffles City) It was so funny while we were there. My sister was choosing the best type of necklace to match the green top, and Lucas went like "Hey I think this looks nice, should we get it? Yeah okay, let's get this ring and another necklace too, how about earrings?" "I really like this rocker necklace, you think it'll look nice on me?" Then he stared really hard at this particular white striped ring. I went like "Do you want to get it?" And he takes it off the hook and bought it. Hahahaha :D Lucas kinda gives me an impression of a caring big brother can. :D My sister commented that if she was his mom, she'll feel really blessed! I think so too :)
HAHAHA AND AND AND he taught me how to say no to my sister! It's super funny. "Jie, NO." I was laughing all the way and he was telling me to use a lower and firmer voice when talking to my sister can. Hahahaha
Anyway, after they all left, my sister and I rushed down to Far East to get tops and her dress. By then almost all the shops were closed and my sister actually managed to decide on what dress she should get in 5 minutes. Hiong la can. Haha :D Got my top and then we rushed back home steamboat reunion dinner with family :)
Okay so yesterday I had reunion dinner with all my relatives... met up with my cute cousins! I shall upload pictures to Facebook once it's transferred from phone to laptop :) Marc was so cute.
I felt really bad that I had to go off straight after service yesterday to rush down to my grandmother's place for dinner instead of fellowshipping. But family before ministry! I hope everything turns out well between me and that certain cg member... But Rachel says our fear of God must be greater than our fear of men! If we've done the right thing there's nothing to be afraid of :)
Well, all in all I feel really great and it has been a good day! Looking forward for cny :)
